Some people have spontaneous awakenings. For most the awakening is a process. The courses & retreats associated with each of these 8 steps are designed to support that process. Each have reflections and practices so you are integrating them into your daily experience. This may take months for just one step. You are worth it!
It is suggested they be taken sequentially to reap their maximum benefit. However, the contents of the steps are fluid and overlap each other. Many find themselves revisiting steps. Each time you go back to previous steps you are deepening into the work, developing the qualities needed to sustain your Presence.
